This is going to be a nice direct fit pickguard for most Mexi and American basses, not to say you might not have to hit the neck pocket with a flat file, but the screw holes match up well. The quality of this pickguard is very good and would be a great upgrade for any bass or change color to a more custom look. This will NOT fit Asian copies including Squires. As with all pickguards- you will almost always need to modify some hole placements when retrofitting a pickguard. This is a generic replacement.
